Doculivery Case Study for Russell Standard Corporation

Russell Standard logo

Russell Standard is a family-owned company, and employs over 350 workers servicing virtually every municipality in the region. Russell Standard offers both new construction and maintenance of virtually any asphalt-related project, from private driveways to interstate highways. Additionally, Russell Standard is a manufacturer of asphalt materials, emulsions and coatings.

Like many companies today faced with the reality of reducing costs and streamlining operations, Russell Standard chose NatPay to help reduce paper and evolve to an online payroll process. Doculivery is a NatPay solution that provides any size of business with online document solutions that cover all areas of business: Payroll, AP, AR, and HR. The first step in going green for Russell Standard was to start with online pay stubs and online W-2s.

“Russell Standard wanted to move our payroll process forward – the goal was to save time and money. Before NatPay, I had to print, stuff, and mail 100-150 checks a week,” said Cathy Evans, Payroll Manager for Russell Standard. Employees now enjoy 24/7 safe and secure access to their pay information and W-2 tax forms online. Production and administration costs were drastically reduced and operations became more streamlined as a result of utilizing the Doculivery solution.

Cost and ease of use were two main factors in searching for the solution to Russell Standard’s business. “I needed it to be very user friendly as some of our guys know nothing about computers. I also was concerned about the cost as I was trying to save money. I also was very pleased to find NatPay through the APA,” remarked Evans.

As an APA member, NatPay regularly updates clients on any payroll changes that affect their solutions to maintain compliancy.

Besides ease of use, Russell Standard was concerned about the integration process and what it takes to make the paperless transition. With virtually no IT staff available, Evans was excited that NatPay provided a quick and seamless integration that required no additional staff or technical programming knowledge. “I am pretty good with computers, but I have no idea what it takes to create the check stub that the employees view – so it was important to have someone who would take the time to work with me to get the best file for them.” A key differentiator of NatPay’s Doculivery online document solution is how fast system integrations occur. Most NatPay paperless payroll solutions are completed in weeks rather than months – usually half the time of many online document solutions in the marketplace. A dedicated NatPay team is assigned to ensure a smooth transition to a paperless payroll process.

NatPay understands clients’ concerns to preserve confidentiality and privacy at all times and utilizes the latest technology and safeguards to ensure that client data remains safe. “This was very important. Payroll is a very sensitive area. We needed to know that our information was secure,” remarked Evans.

Doculivery Case Study for Sundt Companies, Inc.

 Sundt logo

Business Profile

Sundt is a full-service contractor with expertise that spans the entire lifecycle of construction. They work within their client’s preferred delivery method, whether that’s Construction Management at Risk, Design Build, Build to Suit, or the traditional Design-Bid-Build approach.

The company builds a variety of projects for both public and private clients throughout the United States, including commercial and institutional structures of many types; infrastructure projects such as highways, dams, pipelines and airport facilities; and facilities for the Department of Defense as well as other Federal agencies. Sundt continues to add landmark projects to its list of accomplishments. These include the Apollo Riverpoint office complex in Phoenix, Mater Dei Catholic High School in San Diego, Oasis Water Campus Water Treatment Plant in Glendale, Ariz., multiple sections of Phoenix’s new light rail system, two buildings of the Biodesign Institute at Arizona State University, a major expansion of the Tucson International Airport Terminal,  the University of California, Davis Graduate School of Management, and $360 million worth of work at Fort Bliss Army Post near El Paso, Texas. The company is 100 percent employee owned through its Employee Stock Ownership Program. Employees take a personal interest in the quality and success of each project and the company at large.

The Challenge

Sundt is always looking for new ways to improve how they do business. Whether it’s through better management techniques, safety advances, or emerging technologies, their goal is to deliver the highest quality products to their owners. One business problem that Sundt wanted to solve was to implement a paperless payroll process with online pay statements. With over 1,400 employees, providing a green alternative to paper pay statements was a logical choice.

Several factors were key for Sundt in searching for an ideal paperless solution. “Easy file transfer, security of employee information, and ease of use were very important to us,” remarked Karolyn Comstock, Payroll Supervisor and an employee  owner, of Sundt Companies, Inc. “The solution that we were looking for had to be user friendly, and had to also work with JD Edwards World.”

The Solution

NatPay met each challenge set forth by Sundt, and provided the ideal solution to their business problem. Doculivery’s easy to use system was a perfect fit for Sundt employees. “If an employee has problems accessing information they will not use it,” stated Comstock. The employees found the online system safe, secure, convenient, and easy to access. “Many employees stop by just to say how much they like it,” Comstock remarked. Doculivery’s unique flexibility and customization was also a tremendous benefit for Sundt employees. “Having it customized to match what the employee is used to seeing was great.”

Since Doculivery requires little to no client IT involvement, Sundt was thankful for the quick integration, and the support of NatPay’s team who was there for every step of the process. “Doculivery had to function well without issues,” stated Comstock. “Having the ability to resolve an issue just by picking up the phone or dropping an email is wonderful.” Dedicated support teams ensure that each client like Sundt receives all of the support that they need – if and when they need it, and that a fast online document management integration timeframe (in which NatPay’s is the fastest and highest quality in the industry) is maintained. “Everything seemed to progress pretty smoothly,” Comstock remarked.

“Security is vital when you are talking about payroll information,” stated Comstock. Doculivery utilizes state-of-the-art encryption technology, SSL certificates, and 3-tiered firewall protection to keep client’s data safe and secure.

In addition to the production and administration savings that Doculivery provides, there’s an immediate ROI that companies also enjoy when adopting paperless HR processes. “We anticipate a savings of approximately $50,000 a year by adopting the Doculivery solution,” remarked Comstock.

“NatPay’s achievement of a positive client experience starts with a true understanding of how our services can provide short term and long term value to an organization,” said Mark Williams, Marketing Director at NatPay.  “But it does not end with a sale and that is why our service implementation and customer support are critical to our client’s success. We thank Sundt Companies for their trust in us. Sundt Companies joins a growing list of satisfied clients with NatPay, and we welcome the opportunity to help other firms like Sundt Companies that need assistance in addressing cost containment business problems in HR, AP/AR, Payroll, Customer Service, or Marketing.”

Family Dollar Chooses NatPay Online Paperless Solutions for a Green Pay Day

NATPAY

Headquartered in Matthews, NC, Family Dollar Stores, Inc. operates a chain of more than 6,600 self-service discount retail stores in the United States. The company offers consumables, including household chemicals, paper products, candy, snacks and other food, health and beauty aids, hardware and automotive supplies, pet food, and home products.

In an effort to reduce G&A costs, Family Dollar targeted payroll. “We were challenged with controlling our payroll processing and distribution costs. Our paper-based process of printing and distributing checks to all of our locations was extremely manual and very expensive,” remarked Chad Clayton, Divisional Vice President for Family Dollar. “We were searching for a business partner who provided an online pay statement and W-2 solution that was cost effective, flexible and most importantly easy to use.“

Family Dollar was searching for a company that would not have difficulties handling their volume.  Adequate security and the ability to do single sign-on from their employee intranet were important factors for the nationwide retailer. “Our RFP process was comprehensive evaluating many aspects of potential business partners in this space such as accessibility, technology, training, support, integration, administration, implementation, and costs”, remarked Clayton.

Family Dollar chose NatPay’s Doculivery online document solutions for several reasons. “Regarding ease of use and functionality – NatPay’s solution presented all the desired functionality in a way that was clear, simple, and easy-to-use,” stated Clayton.
“NatPay understands that humanizing the employee experience is the most critical factor in a successful rollout for online paperless payroll. It is the result that all large employers are searching for when selecting an online document management solution”, said Jim Hagen, VP of Sales for NatPay.

With industry standard integration times usually around 18-26 weeks, the transition was fully completed in less than two months. The initial rollout started with the home office, test stores, distribution centers and finally to all stores in 44 states. The level of customization and ease of integration provided Family Dollar with a solution that exceeded initial expectations and demands. “Not only were we able to accept their standard file output, but we did things they requested that they didn’t think were even possible.  Everything Family Dollar had requested of our programming team we were able to do,” stated Hagen. Doculivery adapts to the way businesses work creating a seamless solution for every company looking for online statement solutions. “NatPay’s solution was flexible and could be configured to meet our specific needs,” said Clayton. “NatPay was able to accept our standard file output and map into their solution with minimal internal IT involvement.”

Family Dollar’s challenge to reduce G&A costs was successfully accomplished with Doculivery’s online document solution. “The combination of rolling out electronic pay and implementing NatPay ’s online pay statement and W-2 solution has enabled us to completely eliminate paper and significantly reduce our payroll processing costs”, stated Clayton.

“The success of completing this nationwide conversion for one of the nation’s leading retailers was a partnership effort with support from Family Dollar’s dedicated implementation team. Not only is Family Dollar saving a lot of trees by this green effort, but it is realizing significant cost savings,” remarked Hagen.

“The implementation of NatPay ’s solution was a tremendous WIN for our organization. It was fast and easy requiring minimal change management and training efforts.  Most importantly, the solution was well received by the users,” remarked Clayton. “The users specifically enjoy the history and integration of pay statements and W-2’s online, the ease of use, the variety of delivery options and multiple methods of access.”

Considering the Percentage of Lost Mail in US Postal System — Doculivery Solves Many Problems

What percentage of mail is lost by the US post office?  Wikipedia says 3%, but measuring is difficult.   Even the Government Accountability Office (GAO) says some post office assessment criteria are “unsuitable as benchmarks.” In addition, the post office “does not measure and report its delivery performance for most types of mail.”

Knowing this, how can employees be sure sensitive information, such as W-2 statements, arrive in a protected, confidential fashion?

National Payment Corporation (NatPay) has the answer.  In addition, it saves both the employer and the employee time and money.

National Payment Corporation (NatPay) is one of the nation’s largest independent direct deposit providers.  The company provides payroll distribution solutions to businesses across the nation in every industry and in every state.  This company’s product, Doculivery, eliminates both the printing and distribution of paper-based W-2s and offers secure electronic W-2s with a simple, secure consent process.

“Doculivery drastically reduces the number of hands and eyes that traditional paper W-2s pass through,” says Steven Pereira, NatPay’s Executive Vice President and General Manager. “In addition, for the employer, Doculivery eliminates the seasonal headaches and expenses of creating W-2s.  Call centers do not need temporary staffing and printing and distribution costs decline.  And, I mean dramatically,” Pereira explains.

“Companies no longer spend money on paper and printing and ink, readily improving the bottom line.”  Pereira comments.  “Doculivery gives employees direct access via self-service over the Internet.   These same employees are able to obtain their own W-2 reprints by phone or fax, which further reduces the time and efforts of the business staff.   Employees can reorder reprints of W-2s from anywhere and at any time.  Another added benefit of Doculivery’s W-2 feature is the ability for employees to import their electronic W-2s directly into their tax preparation software.   It’s a whole lot safer, less expensive, and destroys the old excuse of saying ‘the check’s in the mail’.”

For further information on how Doculivery can save your company money while at the same time provide employees with a quicker return on the tax refund, simply call National Payment Corporation at 813-222-0333 or visit www.nationalpayment.com.

National Payment Corporation bonds through two major insurance carriers and uses a third-party accounting firm to perform an annual audit of its records.   Processing over $7-billion of customer funds each year, National Payment Corporation maintains an accuracy record of 100%.

Finding Ways To Save On Payroll Processing

Federal Reserve Chairman Ben Bernanke and some economists hope the pace of layoffs will moderate as the recession eases and possibly ends later this year.   But even as employers reduce firings, the nationwide unemployment rate is expected to hit double digits by year’s end.

“Businesses today are looking for ways to save as they look ahead to possibly hiring again,” says Jim Hagen, Vice President of Sales at NatPay.  “In the process, they are looking for ways to go paperless.”

One such solution is NatPay’s EZStub, a system which allows workers to review their pay through the receipt of text messages.

“Businesses are finding ways to communicate with employees via texting rather than paper stubs,” Hagen explains.  “And, businesses are quickly learning they can save money using this electronic solution.  Companies can communicate more quickly while saving money by reducing paper and written records.”

EZStub’s features include security, employer options and employee delivery options.  “Security is the most important issues in business today, and this system allows for specific user names and password options,” Hagen says.  “Payroll administrators save time and effort because employees can obtain current and past pay stub information on their own with EZStub’s online self-serve features.”

Companies are finding electronic pay stubs solutions like EZStub have eliminated written reports and reduced the cost of printing and delivering paper pay stubs.

With the growing and unlimited texting plans offered by carriers like AT&T Mobility and Verizon Wireless, American businesses will be turning more and more to paperless solutions for informing their employees of just how much they’ve earned.

Government and Business Find Value in Going Paperless

As part of his commitment to cut spending and reform government, President Obama is asking his cabinet to cut a collective 100 million dollars in the next 90 days. One measure of this cost cutting is the directive to go paperless. In response, the U.S. Attorneys and the U.S. Marshals Offices’ Asset Forfeiture program are converting publication of judicial forfeiture notices from newspapers to the Internet. This paperless initiative is expected to save $6.7 million over the first 5 years.

NATPAY‘s Doculivery system offers some of these same benefits to business. “Our clients are already seeing the benefits of going paperless.” says Jim Hagen, Vice President of Sales at NatPay.“ Our Doculivery product consolidates data into a unique web-based tool accessible from any Internet-ready location.”

Secure online pay stubs, W-2 and 1099 forms, invoices and customer statements are created and delivered in less time and at far less expense than traditional paper models Hagen says. “The savings extend far beyond the value of eliminated file cabinets and paper. Going paperless is a valuable business strategy in these economic times and it is a less expensive, more secure way of doing business.” Hagen explained.

Additional Doculivery features, include online payment, automated fillable forms, and targeted search and reporting tools. “These are in demand by businesses which are trying to modernize and streamline.” Hagen said.

“The Doculivery system adheres to all federal tax filing requirements and state payroll laws,” Hagen explained. “Our system is customizable and is designed to safeguard privacy. Businesses have immediate, convenient access to previous years’ tax and payroll documents. Users can quickly and easily produce documents required for audit, regulatory and legal purposes.” Hagen said. “Doculivery has become a must-have for many organizations.”

Both the government and businesses are finding greater security in encryption certificates and firewall protection. Both are also are finding that going paperless actually minimizes exposure, prevents critical file loss – the savings can be tremendous. The Department of State’s National Visa Center (NVC) will implement electronic correspondence for immigrant visa processing. The NVC anticipates the cost savings in the first year of implementation of this paperless process to be approximately $1 million. If necessity is the mother of invention, both government and business alike are finding the benefits in going paperless.

What Can Business Learn from Teenagers?

American teenagers sent and received an average of 2,272 text messages per month in the fourth quarter of 2008. This averages nearly 80 messages a day and more than double the amount of a year earlier says a Nielsen Company rating.

“Businesses today are taking a paperless page out of the playbook teenagers use –find a simplified way of communicating,” comments Mark Williams, Marketing Director for National Payment Corporation’s EZStub. EZStub allows workers to review their pay through the receipt of text messages.

“Businesses today are finding ways to communicate with employees via texting rather than written paper processes. And businesses are quickly learning they can save money using an electronic pay stub solution. Companies can communicate more quickly while saving money by reducing paper and written records.”

EZStub’s added features include security, employer options and employee delivery options. “Security is the most important issues in business today and EZStub allows for specific user names and password options, ” according to Williams. “Payroll administrators also save time and effort because employees are able to obtain current and past pay stub information on their own with EZStub’s online self-serve features.”

Not only is this service readily accessible for the already texting teen market, the older generation benefits by the convenience and security. Companies are finding electronic pay stubs solutions like EZStub have eliminated written reports and reduced the cost of printing and delivering paper pay stubs.

With the growing and unlimited texting plans offered by carriers like AT&T Mobility and Verizon Wireless, American businesses will be turning more and more to a paperless solution for informing their employees of just how much they’ve earned.

Bismarck Schools Adopt Greener Payroll Practices to Save Money, Time, and Trees

Tampa, FL (March 12, 2008) – As part of a comprehensive effort to streamline its payroll procedures and empower its workforce, Bismarck Public Schools are going green. They’ve adopted National Payment’s EZStub online pay stub service as part of a “less-paper” initiative that saves money, time, and valuable human and natural resources.

National Payment hosts employee payroll data on a secure website that employees can access from any computer with an Internet connection, so employees can now view their stubs from virtually anywhere — whether they’re at home, at work, traveling on business, or even on vacation. And even more importantly, with access to up to four years of payroll records, employees can retrieve their information without having to contact anyone in the payroll department — the ultimate benefit in terms of convenience and flexibility for employees.

Bismarck public school employees were already using direct deposit to receive their paychecks, so online pay stubs were the logical next step in the process. “We really feel that our payroll office is setting an example by taking advantage of the benefits that technology offers to be able to process and pay staff in a very efficient and state-of-the-art manner. We brag about how many ‘trees we’ve saved’ since we’ve implemented direct deposit and EZStub. I think our staff really like being able to look up their pay information whenever they want without having to bother someone in payroll, because they know how busy they already are,” explains Ed Gerhardt, Business Manager for Bismarck Public Schools.

Prior to the schools’ implementation of EZStub, an entire day had to be devoted to stuffing envelopes and distributing paper pay stubs to staff members during each pay period. In addition to the paper being used to print the stubs, employees used box after box of envelopes to complete the task. Gerhardt knew there had to be a better way, and after receiving information about EZStub at a conference for the Association of School Business Officials, he knew he’d found the solution. “I realized that it was something that could save us considerable time and expense on our payroll processing,” Gerhardt explained.

National Payment offers an exclusive line of paperless payroll services, including direct deposit, online pay stubs, employee paycards, and electronic statement generation and billing services. National Payment Announces Extended Hours for Paperless Payroll Customers

Tampa, FL (February 21, 2008) – In order to accommodate a thriving West Coast customer base as well as provide valuable processing time to customers in all time zones, National Payment recently adopted a new operating schedule that gives payroll administrators more time to process their payroll.

Leading independent direct deposit provider National Payment Corporation is in a West Coast state of mind. In order to accommodate a thriving West Coast customer base as well as provide valuable processing time to customers in all time zones, National Payment recently adopted a new operating schedule that gives payroll administrators more time to process their payroll.

“We’ve considered extending our hours for some time now as a convenience to our customers. Now, instead of having a processing cutoff time of 3:00 p.m., they can upload electronic payroll files until 7:50 p.m. EST. They’ll also have extended access to customer support and technical support. We’ve gotten great feedback from our customers on the new schedule, especially from our friends on the West Coast – they’re very excited about the change,” explains Steven F. Pereira, National Payment Corporation’s Vice President and General Manager.

Established in 1991, National Payment is one of the nation’s largest independent direct deposit providers. The firm also provides paperless pay stubs, paycards for employees without bank accounts, and electronic invoicing. By utilizing 100% web-based methodologies, National Payment’s wireless payroll distribution services save employers time and money by eliminating tedious printing and envelope-stuffing processes.

Many organizations have already made the switch to direct deposit and paperless pay stubs, but some still struggle to meet payroll submission deadlines. By extending their operating hours, National Payment expects to penetrate a larger segment of the payroll processing market. The new schedule also provides a critical advantage over traditional banking-based direct deposit models that force customers to adapt to standard banking hours, thereby failing to address the need for after-hours assistance.

“A lot of our customers are being asked to do more with less staff and fewer resources. They’re incredibly overworked, and they’re under a lot of stress. We simply want to help them by giving them more time to get their work done. And we want them to know that we’ll be here if they need us,” says Pereira.

Highlands County Schools Go Paperless with EZStub Online Pay Stubs

Tampa, FL (May 23, 2007) – Schools in Highlands County, Florida are being schooled on the best “less-paper” payroll solutions available. Highlands County Schools Finance Coordinator Richard “Bo” Birt recently found a way to save thousands of dollars each year by offering school employees a choice: either keep receiving traditional paper pay stubs on payday or go paperless with National Payment Corporation’s EZStub online pay stub service.

Today’s school administrators have been forced to squeeze a dollar out of every dime, so the convenience and cost-effectiveness of “less-paper” payroll solutions have garnered their attention. By spending less time and money on the creation and distribution of paper pay stubs for its 1600 employees, Highlands County schools will free up resources that they can use to address critical needs in other areas. National Payment even offers special pricing for schools as part of its “Keep More Money in Your Schools” initiative.

“We think it will save several thousand dollars a year, including the time to print, insert, and distribute the pay stubs. Our employees are very happy with the EZStub service,” Birt explained.

“Employee self-serve options are just as important to employers as saving money and resources. With EZStub online pay stubs, you get both. Employers love the considerable savings, and employees enjoy having 24/7 access to their pay statements – especially when they’re purchasing a new car or a home,” stated Mark Williams, National Payment’s Marketing Director.

More information about EZStub online pay stubs is available by phone at 800-927-6120 or on the National Payment Corporation website at http://natpay.com/pay-stubs.

Alachua County Schools Expanding Employee Options with EZStub Electronic Pay Stubs

Tampa, FL (April 16, 2007) – Alachua County school employees will now have a choice – either continue receiving traditional paper pay stubs or view their pay information online by using National Payment Corporation’s EZStub electronic pay stub service.

“We want to offer employees an alternative to paper pay stubs, and we chose EZStub for its low cost,” said Scott Ward, Chief Financial Officer for Alachua County Public Schools in northern Florida.

Employers are always searching for cost-efficient ways to increase employee benefits, but public school systems also have to deal with limited resources as they combat school overcrowding and limited funding sources. Online pay stubs often solve the problem – for every employee that receives an online pay stub, the schools save money and time that was previously spent creating and distributing the paper version. National Payment’s “Keep More Money in Your Schools” program provides reduced pricing for schools as a further incentive.

EZStub users have online access to their pay stubs 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and they also receive an email or text message as each new pay stub becomes available. “Thirty-five percent of the 200 million cell phone users in this country are already using text messaging to communicate. Providing free payday text alerts to employees is just one more benefit that employers can offer,” according to National Payment’s Marketing Director, Mark R. Williams.

Duval County Schools Saves $80,000 a Year with Online Pay Stubs

Tampa, FL (April 10, 2007) – National Payment Corporation is going back to school. As part of their “Keep More Money in Your Schools” program, they’re going to provide Duval County School District employees with free payday text alerts and paperless pay stubs at a reduced rate.

Schools and corporations around the country have switched to electronic pay stubs for their cost-effectiveness and convenience. EZStub users can view their pay stub information online 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but that’s not all, according to Mark Williams, National Payment’s Marketing Director. “Now employees can also receive their pay stub information online, via email, or as a text message on their cell phone or PDA,” he remarked.

Duval County Public Schools (DCPS) is taking steps to save millions of dollars. These opportunities were presented as recommendations from Project INVEST, a task force commissioned by Superintendent Joseph Wise and the Alliance for World Class Education. One of their recommendations was for DCPS to implement electronic pay stubs. “The goal of Project INVEST is to create a better and more efficient system that will benefit our students, staff and our taxpayers,” said Superintendent Joseph Wise.

Duval County Public Schools chose National Payment Corporation because EZStub is compatible with the DCPS’s current processes and can be deployed rapidly at a relatively low cost. Implementation of EZStub will reduce the DCPS’s current cost by an estimated $80,000 each year and these savings will be directed to the classrooms.

Duval County Public Schools is the 19th largest school district within the country that employs approximately 14,500 individuals and serves approximately 123,500 students.

National Payment Corporation Takes Wireless Payroll to Southeastern Educators

Tampa, FL (April 9, 2007) – National Payment Corporation announced today that it is sending delegates to the Southeastern Association of School Business Officials and South Carolina Spring Conference to demonstrate the latest innovations in the wireless payroll industry. National Payment’s Web Direct Deposit service, EZStub electronic pay stubs, and employee paycard programs have helped schools across the country save money, time, and critical human resources. By using National Payment’s “Keep More Money in Your Schools” program, many Southeastern schools have already reaped the rewards of a “less-paper” approach to their payroll process.

“We investigated and found EZStub to be a terrific idea,” said Sam Hurst, Executive Director of Business Services for the Citrus County School Board in Florida. “It piqued our interest because of the cost, and the fact that our staff spends three days stuffing envelopes for each payroll.”

Once schools eliminate the expense of creating, printing, and distributing paper checks and pay stubs, they can often save thousands of dollars each year. “ By drastically reducing their payroll administration costs, school officials can redirect valuable resources to other areas,” said Jim Hagen, National Payment’s VP of Sales and Marketing.

The Southeastern Association of School Business Officials (SASBO) is a regional non-profit organization made up of public and nonprofit school personnel from the twelve southeastern states – Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia. SASBO’s goal is to improve education by supporting the networking and professional development of its school administrators.
Their spring conference will be held from April 23rd through the 26th in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.
